Services and Cost
I understand that everyone goes through challenging times in life. That’s why I aim to provide therapeutic counselling services that are tailored to your needs. Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes and are priced at £50 per session, whether this is online or in person.
Initial Consultation
I offer a free 20 minute conversation via telephone or online, for you to learn more about my services and how I can support you.
In Person Counselling
I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. As a trained counsellor I am here to listen and support you through any challenges you may be facing.
Face to face session take place in the North of Preston on a Friday at present.
Online Counselling
Prefer or feel more comfortable with going online? No problem. I offer online counselling, so you can receive support from the comfort of your own home.
